Last night was the Guys and Dolls Auction and things could not have gone better or been more fun. Laura looked beautiful in her green dress and matching earrings. She was auctioned off for $1400 to her boyfriend Brian. The night was so much fun because my friends were so into the auction in fact two other people at our table went shopping at the auction and actually won! Meghan was one of the winners and her date package came with all kinds of fun things like a massage and free membership to the YMCA and tickets to a Wake Forest NC State Game. The jewelry that I donated for the silent auction had some bids on it and went for over $100, so that made me really happy. But the most important part was that a lot of money was raised for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Laura is going to be the Co-Chair of the event next year and she is trying to talk me into volunteering to be auctioned off. I think it would be a lot of fun, so we will see net year. Once I figure out how to upload pictures to this blog I will show off some of the fabulous jewelry and fashions of the night. All in all it was a really great evening!
My earrings made my outfit amazing on Saturday night!! And since Brian bought me, I get to enjoy another beautiful pair of Designs By Krissy earrings! And over the past couple months of raising money for the Guys and Dolls Auction, and having a very successful night the night of, we happily raised over $140,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation!! Thank you to everyone that supported the cause and also came to the event! It’s amazing how much we raised for the kids with CF and it was one of the most amazing nights!! I can’t wait till next year, and yes, Krissy Miller will be one of the hottest bachelorettes out there!!
